When do subscription boxes ship?

Boxes ship on the 1st of each month. Shipping within the U.S. generally takes an additional 1-5 days.

When do you bill for the boxes?

We will bill you on the 15th of every month.

I signed up for one month, why are you billing me again?

Blazing Sauces is a monthly subscription, meaning that when you sign up we’ll send you boxes for as long as you’d like, but, if you need to pause or cancel you’ll need to let us know before we’ll stop sending you boxes. From your account page, you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime and you will not be billed again.

Can I skip my subscriptions online?

Absolutely. If you need to take a break from your monthly Blazing Sauces box, that’s no problem! You can skip your next subscription renewal directly from your account page once you log in. The pause will go into effect immediately.

Can I cancel my subscription online?

Absolutely. We’ll be sad to see you go, but if you MUST, you can cancel directly from your account page once you log in. We make it simple - just a few clicks. You don’t have to call or e-mail anyone. Once you cancel, you won’t be billed anymore, although you will still get any months you prepaid for if you joined under our 3, 6 or 12 months plans!

How do I change my credit card information?

Easy! Log in to your account and scroll down to the box that says “Credit Card”. Click "Edit" and update your informaion. It's that easy!

If I need to cancel in the middle of a longer plan, will I still get my shipments?

Yes, you will get all remaining shipments on your plan and it will automatically deactivate after the last one ships out. Your plan will not automatically renew. It does not cancel any shipments you have already paid for.

Can I cancel in the middle of a subscription and get my money back?

Where can I change my shipping address?

Log in to your account and scroll down to the area that says “Shipping Address”. On the right hand side of the box you will see a button below your shipping address that says “Edit”. Click on that and enter your current shipping address.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, no. We currently only ship within the United States.

Can I choose what sauces are included?

No, join the Hot Sauce of the Month Club if you want to be surprised by a wide array of new flavors. If you are picky with the types of sauces you like, we suggest you DO NOT sign-up.
